Typically, we ship orders in 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). If an item requires a proof, your order will not ship until after the proof has been approved. 

All orders will receive free standard shipping. Due to rising shipping costs, we have decided to ship our Greeting Cards via USPS First Class Mail also known as Letter Mail. Letter Mail does not include tracking. Orders of 3 or more Greeting Cards will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage which includes tracking. 

Badge Reels will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage which includes tracking.

If you would like a faster shipping method, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout. 

If your order is shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, you will receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped. 

At this time, we only ship within the United States. 

Please double check the shipping address on your order. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If your order gets returned to us by the postal service for an incorrect/invalid address, you will need to pay a shipping fee for us to re-ship the order to you.

Because all of our items are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each product is crafted with care, and we take great pride in the quality of our work.
