Shipping

Typically, we ship orders in 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Please check the announcement banner for up to date production times. If an item requires a proof, your order will not ship until after the proof has been approved. 

Due to rising shipping costs, we have decided to ship our Greeting Cards via USPS First Class Mail also known as Letter Mail. Letter Mail does not include tracking. Orders of 4 or more Greeting Cards will automatically ship for free via USPS Ground Advantage which includes tracking. 

If you would like a faster shipping method, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout. 

If your order is shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, you will receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped. 

At this time, we only ship within the United States. 

Please double check the shipping address on your order. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If your order gets returned to us by the postal service for an incorrect/invalid address, you will need to pay a shipping fee for us to re-ship the order to you. If you received free shipping for your order, you will still need to pay a shipping fee for us to re-ship the order to you.
